Nurses Receive Paid Training and Support Through Nurse Residency
Our Nurse Residency program is designed for graduate nurses who will participate in a facilitator-led nursing practicum. Residents are developed through our year-long mentoring and professional development program. When you join the team we will develop your knowledge in a way that positions you to make critical clinical judgments, incorporating evidence based research into the care of our patients. You will be led by preceptors and nursing leadership who help you enhance your critical thinking and skill development. For questions about our Nurse Residency Program, please contact Charla Clark (816) 698-8715 or our nurse recruiter Robert Conlee (816) 698-8137.
